- Order Data: Trade order details including order ID, total amount, and discount applied, used to display analytics in your dashboard.
- Trade Application Data: Information submitted through the trade registration form, including company name, contact details, and VAT number (if provided).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information to:
- Provide and maintain the SmartTrade Pro service
- Apply automatic trade discounts at checkout
- Display trade customer and order analytics in your dashboard
- Process trade customer applications and approvals
- Validate UK VAT numbers with HMRC (when provided)
- Communicate important service updates
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely on servers located in the United Kingdom. We implement industry-standard security measures including:
- Encryption of access tokens at rest

- All store data, tiers, orders, and customer records are automatically deleted
